If you open a new Demodesk meeting, you will notice that the screen size changes whenever someone enters or leaves the room. This has to do with the way Demodesk works:
Since we display a virtual browser, we can freely choose the screen resolution. However, if the host and the customer have different screen sizes, we focus on one of the two to optimize the screen sharing. You can change these settings here in Screen sharing size.
If you are alone in the meeting, this is how Demodesk will look like on a large screen:
If a customer now logs in, this view will scale back if the customer enters the meeting on a smaller screen
