First of all, please make sure your Google or Outlook calendar is connected to Demodesk.

Then, navigate to the Event Type that you want to use for the booking link or create a new one.

In the Event Type scroll down to activate the switch for the Scheduling Page section to enable booking via a link.

With the activated booking link, you can then customize all settings necessary to ensure the invitation: Set the questions you want to ask your customers before they can schedule a demo and adjust the email and calendar invitations.

1. Booking questions

You can create, rearrange and delete any question in here, the only minimum requirement is to ask for Email and Name to make sure the invitations can be delivered.

Each field can have a separate type of information - Phone numbers should be Phone and Emails an Email.

After you are done, simply click Save to set it live. You will be immediately able to use the link displayed in Demodesk.


2. Hidden booking questions

When creating custom booking questions for an event type, you have the option to include hidden fields alongside your custom tokens. This is a great feature to use for UTM tracking. Add static information or dynamic data to bookings through your scheduling page.

3. Calendar restrictions and Team Settings

To add team members to this template and allow booking via round-robin, simply go up in the menu to Team assignment. By adjusting the assignment matrix  you can choose the relative frequency of the hosts. In this case, Wilhelm is going to get twice the amount of bookings. 

Here is a section called Availability which allows you to set the days and times you and your team should be available to schedule via the link. Advanced settings will help you set the times for each day individually and add Buffer times for the event.
