Tokens are an easy to set up system for personalizing your Email invitations, Playbooks and reminders.

In any Event Type you can automatically insert information from your CRM system or from the answers of a booking question, by placing a token into the text field.

You can insert them by clicking the turquoise circle on the bottom as seen here:

You are in full control of where the data is coming from, simply create and edit all Tokens in your settings:
