If you want to keep Calendly as your go-to scheduling solution, you can do that by just tweaking the calendar invitations a bit:
Make sure your Google account with the calendar you want to use is connected to Demodesk
Follow the steps on our integrations page for Calendly after clicking connect.
Now every time you schedule a new meeting, Demodesk will automatically check your calendar for an update and create a new meeting. You can then start it and pull the participants from the Lobby into your meeting.
