Thank you for trying out Demodesk! In order to make the most out of your account, follow this simple guide:
- Integrate your Google or Outlook calendar
In order to receive calendar invitations or show your availability for booking, go to your Settings and chose "Internet accounts" in the menu on the left side. Click on "Connect with Google" or "Connect with Office 365" to integrate your calendar with Demodesk.
- Set up your first meeting template
On the dashboard, click on “Meeting templates” and create a new one or click on an existing template to adapt it.
Change the name, the standard duration and the Country of your template. The Country affects the standard dial-in number, so if you want to have a french dial-in number as default number in your template, make sure to select “France” as your Country.
Enter the Tabs or upload the files which will show up on default upon starting your meeting.
Tip: If you want to stay logged in on a website in a meeting, activate “Save session cookies” in your Profile Settings
- Invite your team members to your company
Go to your Settings to invite teammembers via mail
- Set up your personal booking link
When setting up a meeting template, activate the booking link function and determine the questions everyone has to answer in order to be able to book a meeting with you. We will check your calendar for availability, but you can also adapt your times of day and days of the week under “Scheduling”.Decide if you want to send calendar invites and email invites and then save. Now your customers will simply need to follow this link to schedule a meeting with you.
