Scheduling works best if you connect your calendar here - then Demodesk can take your existing calendar events into account.

From your dashboard, click on Schedule meeting

The scheduling view in Demodesk will closely resemble scheduling meetings in your calendar: White spaces mark the available times for booking, grey spaces refer to blocked time slots.
If your event has buffer times associated to it, they will appear as blue-white striped borders before and/or after the event.

In the left sidebar, you will find the team members associated with the chosen Event type. You can switch the Event type with the dropdown menu at the top, it will also govern which template will be preloaded in your meeting.
Depending on whether you enabled Strict round robin or flexible booking on the Event type, you will be able to select the person directly or only select Availability for team to switch between the different calendars.

If you select a single person, you will be able to schedule in their Calendar directly, if you select Availability for team you will be able to book any free slot in the team and Demodesk determines who will be the meeting host (Standard setting for Strict round robin). 

If you wish to change the template for this meeting, you can do so below the calendar window by clicking on Template - edit.

To invite guests, click on Add guests and fill out their names and email addresses. Demodesk will only personalize the invite to the first guest. The meeting name will automatically be updated to have the name of the guest in it. If you wish to change that, you can do so above the calendar window via Meeting name - edit.

Before you send out the invite, you can preview and change the invitation text of the email invite and the calendar invite.

Adding CC and BCC recipients is possible, to do so fill in their email addresses in the respective fields. Also, Demodesk supports a distinction between Booker and Meeting host if necessary.
