Adding Speaker notes to your templates will push your demo to the next level and will ensure consistent messaging and that you never lose track during a demo. It also facilitates the sharing of presentations with the team and reduces the training effort since those notes will appear in each new meeting where this Playbook is used.

For setting up speaker notes, you just need to go to your templates and select the desired one. When you choose to edit a template, you will have the option to set up and edit individual notes for each slide of the presentation.

You even have the possibility to include Tokens in your notes, we have a Tutorial on how to create them here. To add them, simply click on Add Token at the bottom of the text-input field. 

When holding the Demo you can open the speaker notes by clicking the icon in the bottom left corner. Simply click on the Token in order to include information. If you have integrated your Salesforce account the data you enter will instantly be synced with Salesforce after the meeting.
