Overview

The "Use AI Chat for Deeper Insights" feature empowers users to interact seamlessly with their meeting data using advanced AI capabilities. This tool allows you to ask additional questions, provide complex prompts, and refine responses to extract comprehensive and actionable insights from your meetings. 

Key Benefits

  1. Enhanced Understanding of Meetings: Ask specific questions about your meetings to clarify details and ensure you have a complete grasp of all discussed topics.

  2. Efficient Communication: Generate drafts for follow-up emails, reports, and summaries effortlessly by providing complex prompts tailored to your needs.

  3. Customization and Refinement: Improve AI-generated responses by specifying preferences such as making the text shorter, or longer, or requesting translations into different languages for broader accessibility.

How to Use AI Chat

  1. Access Your Meeting Recording

    • Navigate to the Recordings tab in Demodesk and select the desired meeting.

  2. Open the AI Chat

    • Click on the "AI Assistant" button and navigate to the bottom to where the chat interface is. 

  3. Interact with Your Data

    • Ask Questions: Pose direct questions about the meeting content. For example, "What were the main action items discussed?"

    • Provide Complex Prompts: Request detailed outputs like, "Summarize the client's feedback regarding the new product feature."

  4. Refine and Improve Responses

    • Adjust Length: Enhance the response by instructing, "Make it shorter," or "Provide a more detailed explanation."

    • Translate Results: Use the "..." button next to the response to translate the content into various languages, facilitating easy sharing and understanding across different regions.

  5. Apply the Insights

    • Utilize the refined and translated outputs for drafting emails, updating project plans, or informing team members about meeting outcomes.

  1. Performance Evaluation

    • Purpose: Assess how team members performed during the current meeting.

    • Example: Ask, "How did the sales representative handle client objections in this meeting?" to review specific interactions and provide feedback.

  2. Strategic Planning

    • Purpose: Inform strategic decisions based on the current meeting's discussion.

    • Example: Ask, "What concerns were raised about the new product in this meeting?" to guide immediate strategic actions.

  3. Global Keyword Search for Previous Meeting Insights

    • Purpose: Retrieve insights from past meetings related to a specific topic.
