Pro Tip: If you're new to Demodesk, take some time to explore all the Demodesk dashboard pages and read through our help center available here. This will give you a clearer grasp of how Demodesk works. If you have any inquiries, don't hesitate to contact our support through the chat feature located in the bottom right corner of the dashboard or via support@demodesk.com

Meetings

Upon accessing the Demodesk dashboard via this link, the primary page displayed is illustrated in the image below. This page specifically pertains to the meetings section, where the default view is the sub-page displaying all meetings created by every member of your team including yourself.

Should you wish to display meetings to which you've been invited or ones you've scheduled, click the "My meetings" button. To exclusively view meetings that you've scheduled, choose the "Scheduled by me" sub-page. Furthermore, within each of these subsections, you have the option to apply filters to showcase specific meetings. These filters encompass date and time, meeting name, meeting type, host, and the ability to conceal canceled meetings.

In general, in this section the main functions you can perform are:

  • Find all your team members past and upcoming meetings

  • Click "Schedule meeting" to get to our powerful Demodesk Scheduler where you can schedule meetings for you and your colleagues; find more information here

  • Check out running meetings and shadow meetings whenever you want; more information can be found here

🆕 In addition, for an improved coaching experience, we offer the recordings sub-page, where all meetings with available recordings are presented. This allows you to effortlessly access and review meeting recordings. As depicted in the image below, you can utilise filters in a manner similar to the other sub-pages to refine the displayed meetings.

Pro Tip: By utilising the recording page, you have the ability to apply filters to isolate meetings associated with a specific host. This enables you to efficiently review all their meetings using Demodesk CI, identifying recurring or unique strengths and weaknesses.

Playbooks and Battlecards

Adjacent to the Meetings section, you'll find the Playbooks section. Here, you have the opportunity to create and modify individual and team Playbooks. For further details, refer to this article. Additionally, by switching to the battlecards tab, you can create and modify personal and team Battlecards. For more information, consult this article.

Pro Tip: Be sure to regularly update your battlecards, as they can prove extremely valuable during meetings, especially when addressing technical or competitor-related details.

Meeting Types and Routing

The following section is the Meeting Types and Routing. Within this section, you'll be able to create and modify both personal and team-oriented Meeting Types. For additional details, refer to this article. Additionally, via the Routing Forms tab, you can establish a dynamic Routing method to guide website visitors towards the appropriate team or representative. For further information, consult this article.

Pro Tip: Leverage Meeting Types to create templates for your calendar invitations, email invites, reminders, and booking links. This approach guarantees uniformity and minimises the need for repetitive work.

Insights Dashboard (in beta, enabled for admins)

The subsequent section is the Insights Dashboard, depicted in the image below. Within this section, you have the capability to explore numerous metrics concerning your meeting activity, meeting type engagement, customer interactions, and more, all available at individual, group, and company levels. You can learn more about the Demodesk Insights Dashboard here.

Pro Tip: Through the Insights Dashboard, you can, for example, monitor whether your team members are sending follow-up emails, ensuring smooth communication with customers and ultimately boosting the likelihood of closing deals.

Settings & Notifications

In the highlighted area at the upper-right corner of the image, you'll notice a notifications bell (highlighted in yellow). This bell allows you to quickly check if someone is awaiting your attention in either your team's lobby or your personal lobby. For more details, refer to this article. Adjacent to the notifications bell is your profile information (indicated by the red highlight below). Clicking on it grants access to your personal settings, along with the ability to view your integrations, contact support, and log out of your account.

⚠️ Important: When beginning your journey with Demodesk, ensure that you've successfully connected all essential integrations, like your calendar, to fully leverage your Demodesk Journey.
