This article provides an overview of the most important concepts within Demodesk. The more pictorial explanations help to understand the Demodesk language and how the product works. This enables you to successfully implement and use our Sales Enablement platform.

Meeting types

Meeting Types are the central element in Demodesk. You can see the Meeting Types as a sort of control center. For each Type of Meeting, you can define the way of scheduling, the preselected playbook, the emails that are been sent out, and more in the related Meeting Type.

Playbooks

Playbooks serve as a template or script for your meetings. They can be divided into several chapters with notes and clear instructions. Just as a script, they help you never lose track and keep a clear structure for different types of calls.

Battlecards

Battlecards enable you to access your own wiki within your meeting. You will create them upfront such that no objection will ever throw you off again. The Battlecards can be accessed in every meeting independent of the Meeting type or Playbook. You can then simply search for keywords and you'll see the corresponding card with all the information you need to win the argument.

Lobby vs. Meeting link

Imagine yourself being in a hotel. When you arrive, you have two options: You either enter the lobby and wait for someone to guide you to your room, or you have a room card and directly enter your room. Our Meeting Link provides this key card and your prospects can directly jump in the call. The lobby is a general link to your waiting room. From the lobby, you can pull prospects or customers into any meeting.

Tokens

Tokens work just like variables. Let's think about the variable company name: If you write an email to several people, you can use this variable and it will be replaced with the correct company name accordingly.

Routing Forms

Routing forms are specialised forms designed to enable customers to efficiently schedule meetings with your team, while simultaneously preventing the team from putting effort on leads that don't meet qualification criteria. Routing forms also ensure an equitable distribution of leads among team members by employing predefined rules to guide the allocation process.

Groups

Groups enable you to organise Playbooks and Meeting Types within your company, providing a structure that simplifies content management. They also offer the ability to control content visibility, further streamlining the management process.

Booking Pages

Every booking link redirects users to a booking page where they can select an appropriate timeslot for the meeting and respond to a set of questions related to the meeting type. These booking pages can be integrated into playbooks as a follow-up booking page and even your website to speed up and enhance the booking procedure.

Chrome Extension

The Chrome extension serves as your central hub for accessing booking links, scheduling meetings, initiating instant meetings, and connecting to your Demodesk settings.

Insights

The Insights Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of different metrics associated with both team and individual activities within Demodesk and its integrations. This encompasses metrics related to meetings, meeting types, playbooks, and battlecards.
