Why Connecting Your Calendar Matters
To take full advantage of Demodesk’s AI-powered features, it’s crucial to connect your Google or Outlook Calendar. Once connected, Demodesk will automatically import your internal and/or external meetings based on your settings. This ensures that all your meetings can be recorded, analyzed by our AI, and enhanced with additional features such as meeting scorecards, insights, and more.
How to Connect Your Calendar
Google Calendar
Access the Integrations Section
Navigate to the Integrations section in your Demodesk settings.
At the top, you’ll find the Connections section, where you can connect either your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or both.
Connect Google Calendar
Click the Connect button next to Google Calendar.
Grant Permissions
You will be prompted to grant Demodesk the necessary permissions. These permissions are essential for all the functionalities to work seamlessly.
Review the requested permissions and click Continue to proceed. Once completed, your Google Calendar is successfully connected.
Outlook Calendar
Connect Outlook Calendar
Similarly, in the Connectionssection, click the Connect button next to Outlook Calendar.
Grant Permissions
Follow the prompts to sign into your Microsoft account and grant Demodesk access to your Outlook Calendar.
Confirm the permissions and once done, your Outlook Calendar will be connected.
Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing any issues while connecting your calendar, make sure:
Permissions are granted correctly: Ensure you’ve allowed full access to your calendar and email.
Reconnecting might help: If issues persist, try disconnecting and reconnecting the account in your settings.
