How to Create a New AI Report
1. Access AI Reports
Navigate to the AI Reports tab from the top navigation bar in your Demodesk dashboard.
Click on "New AI Report" to start creating your report.
2. Define Your Topic
Enter a Report Topic summarizing the focus of your analysis.
Examples:
"Extract insights from meeting transcripts by highlighting feedback related to product bugs and feature requests, innovative ideas, and customer pain points. Organize the highlighted information into structured categories: "Bugs," "Feature Requests," "Ideas," and "Jobs to Be Done/Pains to Solve." Compile a detailed and actionable report, ensuring each section includes clear descriptions, use cases, user impact, and specific examples to reinforce the insights."
"Go through the meeting transcripts and generate feedback on how to improve sales pitches, including what worked well, any objections, suggestions for improvement, and common questions. Group this feedback into four sections: "Strengths," "Objections and Challenges," "Opportunities for Improvement," and "Frequently Asked Questions." Create a clear report with actionable points, using examples to show what can be improved and what should be repeated in future pitches."
"Review the meeting transcripts and find information about current deals, their status, potential challenges, and expected closing timelines. Organize the details into four sections: "Deals Likely to Close," "At-Risk Deals," "Pipeline Opportunities," and "Action Items." Create a clear report with specific insights, including deal progress, risks to address, and next steps to improve the weekly forecast and drive success."
💡Tip: The more specific your topic, the better your report insights will be.

5 Tips on how to create the best report
Think about the Goal and Purpose of your report
Before starting with the report configuration, ask yourself:
What decision are you aiming to make with this input?
Why is this report valuable to you?
Ensure the AI has all the necessary information to generate an accurate report.
Remember to include:
Details about your company, product, or service.
Any other relevant data or context the AI should use to generate the report.
Write the Topic as Clear Instructions
Frame the topic as if you're giving precise instructions to someone compiling the report. This makes it easier for the AI to deliver the results you expect.
Be Concise and Clear
Avoid unnecessary details. Use straightforward language to convey your requirements effectively.
Refine Your Input
The quality of your report depends on the effort you put into your questions and topic inputs. Take time to refine them. You can use tools like ChatGPT or other large language models (LLMs) to polish and enhance your topic before finalizing.
