You can directly schedule your Demodesk meeting out of HubSpot. Therefore, you ensure your customer interactions are logged, meeting notes are available and visible to you and your team, and you generally increase the data quality within your organization.

How it works:

  1. Connect your HubSpot Account to Demodesk

  2. Go to HubSpot and click on the contact or deal you want to book a meeting with.

  3. In the menu bar on the right side, you now see the option Demodesk Meetings

  4. Click on Schedule new Meeting

  5. You are now redirected to the Demodesk scheduling page. The email address of the contact you booked the meeting with is automatically filled in.

  6. After you have scheduled a meeting, the meeting will appear as an activity for the contact you booked the meeting with.
