All videoconferencing tools use a significant bandwidth, especially for video calls. Generally speaking, an unstable internet connection can thus lead to problems in the audio and video conferencing such as lags or noise.

To ensure the best experience when affected by a slow internet connection, we recommend:

  1. Dialing-in with your phone

  2. Turning-off your video

  3. Connect to your modem via an Ethernet cable

By turning off video or dialing-in via phone, you can ease the data loading and thus improve the quality of the meeting. You can also take a look at this article for setting up the best IT environment or jump on this guide for solving the most common issues.

If you are sure that your internet connection is not a problem, yet you are still experiencing problems, we recommend reloading the webpage. The server will then fulfill this new request and get you back to your meeting.
