Recording Retention

Your recording retention settings determine the length of time that recordings are stored in Demodesk. With your default license type, your recordings are automatically kept for 150 days in a quickly accessible storage space, after which they are deleted. If you want to store it for up to a year, you can get in touch with your account manager to get the recording retention add-on to store your recordings for up to a year.
