Demodesk integrates seamlessly with CloudCall to automatically import your calls.

You need Admin rights in both CloudCall and Demodesk. If you have these permissions, follow the simple steps below:

The CloudCall integration uploads all recordings made in CloudCall to Demodesk.

Configure Demodesk

  • Go to Integrations in Demodesk.

  • Click on the CloudCall connect button.

  • Fill your API credentials in the form.

  • Congratulations, you are done! πŸ™Œ

  • The Account ID is the phone number of your admin CloudCall account. The account needs to have the permission to access all recordings.

  • You can find out your API region by looking at the url when logging into CloudCall.

CRM context

For the integration to work, you need to connect your CRM as well as additional call context is required for the import. This will also allow you to back sync information (see CRM articles).

Please note that you need to do this in addition to the CloudCall connection, since we can otherwise not access the recording files.
