How to Screen Record and Transcribe Zoom Meetings with Demodesk
1. Connect Your Calendar and Email
To get started, link your calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook) here and your email to Demodesk.
This allows Demodesk to automatically detect and import your scheduled Zoom meetings.
Go to Demodesk’s Calendar and Email Setup page.
Choose your calendar provider and follow the prompts to authenticate your account.
Once connected, Demodesk will sync with your calendar and recognize upcoming meetings.
2. Let Demodesk Handle the Rest
Once your accounts are connected:
Demodesk automatically detects any meeting that contains a Zoom link.
It automatically joins the Zoom call at the right time.
It starts screen recording and transcribes the conversation — no manual clicks needed!
3. View and Share Recordings
After your meeting ends:
The screen recording and full transcription will be saved to your Demodesk dashboard.
You can review them, share them with your teammates, or use them to prepare follow-ups and reports.
