How to connect Demodesk and Salesforce
- Go to Settings -> Internet Accounts
- Click "Connect" to integrate your Google or Office 365 / Outlook account
- Click "Connect" to integrate your Salesforce account
Every Demodesk user needs to connect his Salesforce account separately.
After you connected your account, you can set whether Demodesk is allowed to create Leads, Contacts or Events and where they should be related to. Learn more in our settings article.
Salesforce integration requires a Salesforce Enterprise Lightning account or higher.
