If you want to keep Calendly or Hubspot as your go-to scheduling solution, you can do that by just tweaking the calendar invitations a bit:

  1. Make sure your Google account with the calendar you want to use is connected to Demodesk
  2. Follow the steps on our integrations page for Hubspot and Calendly:

    For Google, follow the steps in Calendly to obtain your personal meeting link and use it in the location of your new events

Now everytime you schedule a new meeting, Demodesk will automatically check your calendar for an update and create a new meeting. You can then start it and pull the participants from the Lobby into your meeting.
