You have three options:

  • You can use Demodesk for the full video conferencing experience (recommended),

  • just use the virtual screen while you talk to the customer on the phone,

  • or let the customer or prospect dial in via phone to Demodesk.

You can choose between these options in the settings of your Event type:

To use your own audio setup, choose "disable audio" in the Dropdown menu. If you want to use the whole Demodesk experience, select "Full (computer & phone)".

"Phone dial-in" is especially helpful if your customers use older browsers and don't regularly hold meetings on their computers.
