Why using playbook? 🙋

A Playbook is a ready-made structure for your meetings that is prepared once and can be used as a template for all Demodesk meetings. This makes meetings consistent, repeatable and saves valuable time since and your team are able to use shared templates.

1. Agenda Items

Agenda Items help you to structure the content of your playbooks and list the most important topics that need to be covered in the meeting. Talk tracks can be added under each agenda item to ensure all the required critical information is recorded during the meeting.

2. Customer Website

Prospect's company website URL can be preloaded into the meeting. A custom token can sync the website information from the booking questions or from Salesforce.

Please note that the CRM integration from Token Usage is currently only possible within Salesforce (learn more about our Salesforce integration here). If you use other CRM tools, you can use google.com and replace it with the customer's website when starting the meeting.

2. Talk Track

You can design and insert your talk tracks in the speaker notes. A well-organized talk track helps you deliver a perfect pitch, e.g. you can include a sales methodology like MEDDICC and include relevant tokens to record the information during a meeting.

3. Pitch Deck

Here you can add presentation materials such as PDF, Google Docs, and Google Slide.

4. Interactive on the Web App

To enable participants to co-browse with you, you can have your website or your web application ready and give control to participants during the meeting. In this way, you can help your participants log in and set up their accounts in real-time.

5. Follow-up Booking Page

Another crucial element is to insert your follow-up booking page. This enables you and your team to secure the next meeting with the prospects.

You can insert query parameters and tokens in your booking link, so that customer's information is pre-loaded into the booking link, making it much easier for you to book the next meeting with your prospects directly in the meeting.
