You can simply integrate your Hubspot Accounts in your settings, just click on connect and you will be guided through the sign-in process.
After the successful integration, those functionalities are supported:

  • sync scheduled meetings for all invitees after booking (both through the booking page and the Demodesk interface)
  • schedule meetings out of Hubspot that forwards you to Demodesk and imports the relevant data
  • synced after the meeting for: call notes, attendee list, meeting status (held/no show), recording link
  • If there is no existing contact yet, a new contact gets created after successful booking
