Increase your data quality and track all customer conversations with the Demodesk integration for Pipedrive.

With Demodesk, you can increase data quality in Pipedrive and automate manual tasks. This feature is accessible to users with Scheduling or Meet licenses. Please note that this article is specifically intended for admins - as they have the ability to configure this integration. This article is divided into the following sections:


Demodesk's integration for Pipedrive can automatically create or update Pipedrive people, organizations, deals, and activities as meetings are scheduled and conducted, so you can keep your CRM up-to-date with ease.


  • Every meeting scheduled in Demodesk is created in Pipedrive as an activity.

  • People, deals, and/or organizations can be created automatically with every meeting booking.

  • Update any field on people, organizations, or activities in Pipedrive through Demodesk.

  • Meeting notes will be sent to the notes field on the activity in Pipedrive.


When a Demodesk meeting is scheduled or conducted, Pipedrive will:

  • Create or update people

  • Create or update organizations

  • Create or update activities

  • Create deals

Default behaviour

The integration has the following default behaviour.


  • When a meeting is scheduled, Pipedrive will search for the Demodesk invitee's email in Pipedrive.

  • If Pipderive does not find a matching person, then Pipedrive will create a new person using the Demodesk invitee's name and email.

  • If Pipedrive finds a matching person, Pipedrive will update this person's properties but not the person's owner.

When a new person is created, these fields will be populated automatically if available:

  • Person email

  • Person name


When a new meeting is scheduled, a new activity will be created with the following:

  • Type: "Meeting"

  • Meeting Name

  • Due Date

  • Due Time

  • Duration

  • Location

  • (if available) Person id

  • (if available) Deal id

  • (if available) Organization id

Making changes to meetings:

When a meeting is canceled or rescheduled by either party, the engagement will be updated, and everyone will be notified.
