Sometimes, changes to your internet accounts require you to reconnect them to your Demodesk account to ensure that data is being synced to your CRM and messages are being sent out correctly from your email account.
Here we show you how to do it.
Please go to your Internet Accounts.
Click on the Disconnect Button next to the service you want to reconnect.
Click on the Connect button next to the service you want to reconnect.
If required, give Demodesk the permission it needs to connect to your service again.
